Yeah my friends all play monster hunter but i'm highest ranked cause i can do every mission solo ;-;

I killed a G-rank hermitaur solo with a hammer....thats like my crowning achievement

Aaaaaaaugh so jealoussss~! I'm having a really tough time fighting Lao for the Guild. I'm thinking it's because you're supposed to do those with other people, but people were doing it before the expansion I'm sure... Blarg!
I got to Nehkot's quests, though. Getting slowly better...slowly... ;o;

I did that one by myself too, lol, i used uhh..... wyvern blade blood or the one above it i think, i used a fire LS i know that, take as many Whetstones as you can, some armour with quake proof helps if you can get it looooots of health potions and demon drugs power pills mega demon drugs etc and keep whacking at its chest and sharpening when you start bouncing off, also, vertical attacks work the best so like, triangle triangle square maybe? i can't remember, use the dragonator (the button) when its standing up, when you see it going to stand up, bail and run for the dragonator and while you're up there fire some arrows into its back and don't forget to jump on its back and place the anti-dragon bomb.....I've killed it plenty of times...just keep at it :O
